Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy published on our website. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@glutawhiteofficial.com or 0324-1450559 with your order number and clear photos/video of the product and packaging.
